Thank you for so great news! Every Ukrainian appreciates huge help and support that people of Poland give to us! We are so thankful for that!

I just want to tell you my opinion. In this sentence I think there's a mistake: "W Polsce moglibyśmy nazwać to czynem społecznym, a na Ukrainie tego typu wspólne działania na rzecz miasta i tego co ich otacza jest zjawiskiem bardzo częstym." 

Please use preposition 'w' meaning 'in' when talking about Ukraine, but not 'na' meaning 'on'.
